For women and men experiencing hair loss who are open to participating in a supervised model service and receiving a custom hair unit at a reduced rate.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
A model appointment is
a professional service commitment.
The reduced model rate supports portfolio development, education, service practice, or supervised demonstrations. Model participation is not the same as a complimentary service, and placement is not guaranteed after the consultation.
You must be comfortable following preparation instructions, arriving on time, allowing adequate service time, and discussing photography consent. You may decline photo or video authorization; consent will be handled separately and must be given in writing.

Follow these five steps so you understand the financial commitment, scheduling requirements, and service expectations before reserving an appointment.
ELIGIBILITY
Receive your model decision
Model appointments are limited and not every applicant will qualify. TRU reviews fit, hair-loss pattern, requested style, timing, and the needs of the scheduled service or demonstration.
DEPOSIT
Reserve the approved appointment
If approved, you will receive the required installation deposit, payment deadline, preparation instructions, and appointment policies in writing. The deposit is applied toward your remaining model balance.
SCHEDULING
Confirm your installation date
Your installation date is reserved after the required deposit and agreements are completed. Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation from TRU.
INSTALLATION
Arrive prepared for your service
Your in-person appointment includes the approved custom hair unit, preparation, application, cutting, blending, styling, photographs when separately authorized, and aftercare guidance.
PAYMENT EXAMPLE
Every payment moves
toward the same $250 total.
The consultation fee and approved installation deposit are credits—not additional charges on top of the model-service total.
